PEANUT CHICKEN SATAY
Marinated chicken breasts on skewers, oven roasted and finished with a delectable peanut sauce. 

SZECHAWAN DUMPLINGS
Derived from Cantonese Style Dim Sum, these Szechwan style dumplings are stuffed with pork and special spices.  Each handmade steamed and quickly sautéed, finished with Chef’s legendary Black Bean Sauce

TEMPURA SUSHI
Fresh salmon rolled with delicately seasoned Japanese rice and nori, lightly battered and fried.  Served with a unique cucumber and ginger slaw.

THAI STYLE SPRING ROLLS
Filled with rice vermicelli, carrots, spinach and bean sprouts, light and crispy served with a sweet Thai chili sauce

CRAB STUFFED WONTONS WITH MIX GREENS
Crab mixed with spices and hand crafted into beautiful crisp wontons served with mixed greens in our house made dressing

LOTUS SALAD
This salad is a celebration of texture and flavour; every bite is a new experience.  Rice vermicelli, crispy fried lotus, julienne carrots, daikon, green onion, ginger, red pepper, and tomatoes. Tossed in a tangy and refreshing apricot dressing and topped with peanuts.

PAD THAI
Let Chef transport you to Thailand with this authentic dish made with Thai glass noodles, chicken, shrimp and fresh vegetables tossed in an extraordinary sauce with egg, cilantro and peanuts to finish.

MANGO LOBSTER DUMPLINGS
Lobster meat delicately prepare in hand molded rice dumplings, steamed and served with a mango jus lie.

MANDARIN CHICKEN
A lightly breaded, cooked Kiev style and finished with a fabulous mandarin sauce.

TANDOORI SALMON MIGNON
Filet of fresh salmon, marinated Tandoori style and stone roasted topped with delicious mango chutney.

HONG KONG RIBS
Tender baby back ribs rubbed with spices from the Far East, slowly roasted than basted with chef’s unique sauce, served with an Asian slaw.

MISO MARINATED BEEF TENDERLOIN
Truly amazing!  Beef tenderloin marinated in a miso sauce, grilled and served with a Shoa Shing demi

PEPPERCRUSTED CERTIFIED ANGUS STRIPLOIN
The king of steaks prepared with a coating of crusted black peppercorns, Szechwan peppercorns and sea salt, pan seared and served with pan jus.

HONEYCOMB PICKEREL
A filet of fresh pickerel, uniquely prepared to give its honeycomb appearance. Fried with a light coating of seasoning and served with a refreshing apricot and ginger sauce.

BLACKENED CHICKEN CURRY
East meets west in this creative and delicious dish. 
A Cajun spiced chicken breast seared and blackened at a high temperature to give it a highly developed flavour, then simmered with a savory East Indian style yellow curry.

CHINESE STYLE BRAISED PORK
This is the Chef’s masterpiece.  Pork seared and slow braised for hours for the ultimate in tenderness, with Shao Hsing wine, tamarind and the perfect balance of spices.  This dish encompasses the perfection of balance between sweet, salty, sour and bitter.  Served with a pear jus.

SESAME SEARED TUNA
Fresh Tuna coated in sesame seeds, lightly seared and served sashimi style with a cucumber salad and wasabi crème fraiche.

KUNG PAO CHICKEN
Grilled Chicken breast seasoned with our Chef’s own Five Spice Blend, chilies and pepper, served with the legendary Forbidden Rice and topped with a spicy black bean sauce and peanuts.

PEEKING DUCK
Marinated duck breast, skillfully prepared in this luxurious dish fit for the Emperors of China, with mandarin cakes and green onion with a glaze that will tantalize your taste buds.
